As a Project Coordinator, you will work within Klinkhamer on our (inter)national congresses, meetings, and events.

What will you do?
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative assistance to the Project Manager(s). You will assist in the organization of our (inter)national congresses, meetings, and events. This means you will have a clear understanding of the project phases and what still needs to be arranged administratively and organizationally.

Your tasks will include:

  • Initiating project administration.
  • Requesting quotes in consultation with the Project Manager and preparing cost estimates.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with logistical and organizational tasks related to the project.
  • Advising the Project Manager on progress based on the completed schedule.
  • Establishing a process for the proper handling of administration.
  • Assisting in preparing quarterly closings with the Project Manager.
  • Supporting in preparing meeting reports, customer, and project evaluations.
  • Taking the initiative to implement process improvements.

You are:

  • You have completed an MBO or HBO education. Experience in project management and/or congress/event organization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Possess an analytical, critical, and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
