What will you do?
As a (Junior) Project Manager, you will organise and coordinate events from concept to execution. You’ll independently manage multiple projects, maintain client contact, align with suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage events from A to Z
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
- Monitor timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients
- Identify improvements and ensure quality
What do you bring?
- Completed MBO or HBO degree (associate/bachelor’s), preferably in event management, communications or hospitality
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (junior) or 3+ years (medior)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility, stress resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- A passion for dynamic work and international events
