As a Project Coordinator, you will work within Klinkhamer on our (inter)national congresses, meetings, and events.

What will you do?
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative assistance to the Project Manager(s). You will assist in the organization of our (inter)national congresses, meetings, and events. This means you will have a clear understanding of the project phases and what still needs to be arranged administratively and organizationally.

Your tasks will include:

  • Initiating project administration.
  • Requesting quotes in consultation with the Project Manager and preparing cost estimates.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with logistical and organizational tasks related to the project.
  • Advising the Project Manager on progress based on the completed schedule.
  • Establishing a process for the proper handling of administration.
  • Assisting in preparing quarterly closings with the Project Manager.
  • Supporting in preparing meeting reports, customer, and project evaluations.
  • Taking the initiative to implement process improvements.

You are:

  • You have completed an MBO or HBO education. Experience in project management and/or congress/event organization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Possess an analytical, critical, and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our dynamic team, responsible for responding to inquiries from customers and participants via phone, email, chat, or social media. These inquiries may vary, ranging from assisting with event or conference registration, addressing practical concerns, to handling administrative payment-related queries.

What will you do?
You ensure that all inquiries are addressed within the agreed-upon timeframe. For complex questions, you may collaborate with the project manager responsible for the specific conference or event. You maintain a system and process to document your interactions with participants.

Working alongside the Application Support Specialist, you will actively contribute to enhancing the customer service process at Klinkhamer. Together with this colleague and your supervisor, you establish short and long-term goals.

Your tasks will include:

  • Initiating project administration.
  • Respond to customer and participant inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Ensure that all questions are answered within the established timeframe.
  • Assist attendees with event or conference registration, addressing practical concerns, and handling payment-related inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of interactions with participants in the designated system, Klinkhamer Insight.
  • Collaborate with the project manager for specific conferences or events, especially for complex questions or issues.
  • Improve the customer service process at Klinkhamer.

For our project management department, which coordinates, organises and executes our (inter)national conferences, meetings and events, Klinkhamer Group is looking for an intern.

Project Manager intern

We offer a challenging internship with ample time for your research. You will be partly responsible for coordinating new and ongoing projects and supporting Klinkhamer Group's project managers.
