Our story
Klinkhamer Group was founded in 2008 by Niels Klinkhamer, bringing hands-on experience in international congress organisation to the company from day one — experience that still shapes how we work today.
We believe in the power of face-to-face knowledge sharing. As a full-service congress organizer and association management company, we help scientific committees, associations and institutes turn ideas into events that actually bring people together — not just logistically, but meaningfully.
We've stayed intentionally small. Every project is run by the same senior team from bid to closing session — not handed off along the way.
Based in the southeast of the Netherlands, within easy reach of Germany, Belgium and the rest of Europe — a natural home base for international congresses.
