2008 - KLINKHAMER CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT B.V.
In 2008, Niels Klinkhamer embarked on a remarkable journey. From the humble confines of his attic room, he founded 'Klinkhamer Conference Management B.V.' with a vision to create impactful conferences. His early clients included local governments and Maastricht University, relationships that endure to this day.

Over the next decade, Klinkhamer Conference Management, later evolving into Klinkhamer Group, transformed into the world of conference and event organization. With a growing team of dedicated professionals and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we took on increasingly large and impactful conferences and events. From hosting the first-ever European Election Debate to orchestrating royal meetings, openings, and multi-day international conferences, our journey was marked by milestones that shaped industries and connected professionals worldwide.
2018 - Partnership
In 2018, Robbin Grouwels joined the management team as co-owner of Klinkhamer Group, bringing his years of experience within our organization. This transition marked an important step forward, propelling Klinkhamer Group into the next phase of growth and innovation.
2020 - COVID-19
Then, the world was shaken by the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19. The entire events industry faced uncertainty, and Klinkhamer Group was no exception. However, with resilience and government support, we swiftly adapted. We embraced the digital realm, organizing online meetings that allowed us to stay connected and survive the crisis while retaining our invaluable team members.

To commemorate our journey and celebrate our 15 years of existence, we embarked on a memorable adventure together—an enchanting weekend trip to Disneyland Paris, joined by our dedicated team members, their partners, and children.
