13th World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences
The World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences (WC series) was founded in 1993 by the Alternatives Congress Trust in Baltimore, USA, with a clear mission: to unite multidisciplinary stakeholders from academia, industry, government, and non-profit sectors under one roof to advance the principles of the 3Rs—Reduce, Refine, and Replace the use of animals in life sciences.
Since its inception, the WC series has been held biennially or triennially across the globe, from the Americas to Europe and the Far East. This year marked a historic milestone—the congress took place for the first time south of the equator!
Klinkhamer is proud to have organized this prestigious event for the third time, continuing our commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation in the life sciences community.
